More than a material name.

“Aluminum” or “steel” does not define a complete specification. State the grade, condition and applicable standard on the drawing.

Any proposed material substitution is brought back to you for approval.

Consider the finished component.

Treatment can affect dimensions, fits and surface appearance. Specify masking, hardness or coating thickness where required.

Ask for the evidence you need.

If you need material certificates or batch identification, state the document type and traceability requirements with the enquiry. The accepted records are included in the quotation.

Discuss your material requirements

Before you enquire.

Can one order contain different materials?

Yes. Each accepted part number can have its own material and finishing specification under the same supplier relationship.

Can you choose the material for my design?

Share the application and required specification for review. Final engineering selection or approval remains with you.
