We review the finished-part requirements with you, coordinate the agreed inspection and supply the records specified in your order.
Discuss your requirements
Make the finish part of the drawing.
Anodizing, plating, heat treatment and supporting operations are reviewed against the part requirements.
- Treatment standard, thickness or hardness
- Surfaces to mask or protect
- Dimensions and fits after treatment
- Colour or appearance reference, where required
Focus on the features that matter.
We clarify the critical dimensions and fits with you, then confirm the measurement approach, sampling and reporting before production.
First-article approval or checks on every part can be included for agreed features. The quotation identifies the scope; a dimensional report is not automatically a full inspection of every feature.
Records for receiving.
The order identifies which records accompany your parts and what each record must contain. A material certificate, dimensional report and treatment record answer different receiving questions.

After inspection / Packing
Protect the finished part.
Packing requirements can include separation between parts, protection for finished surfaces and clear part identification. We confirm the approach for your order and delivery plan.

Does every order include 100% inspection?
Inspection is agreed per order. Specify the features to check on every part, the sampling for other features and the records required.
Can we use our own inspection plan?
Yes. Send your plan, report format and any qualification requirements with the enquiry for review and confirmation.
