The geometry your assembly needs.

Start with the critical details.

01

Pockets, bores & interfaces

Show the cavities, hole patterns and mating faces that connect the component to your assembly.

02

Datums & critical features

Identify the reference faces, geometric tolerances and features that need particular attention.

03

Drawing & model

Send the current drawing revision and a 3D model when available. Flag any differences before quotation.

Make critical requirements clear.

Send matching drawing and model revisions. Identify critical dimensions, tolerances and surfaces rather than relying on the 3D model alone.

Material grade, treatment and post-treatment dimensions are reviewed together.

Built around your order.

Start with a sample, trial batch or production quantity. The quotation confirms feasibility, quantity, price and lead time for each part.

Milled and turned components can share one supplier relationship and purchase order.

From drawing to delivery.

01

Drawing review

Requirements, material and quantity.

02

Quotation

Scope, pricing and lead time agreed.

03

Production & checks

Manufacturing and agreed inspection.

04

Delivery

Packing and shipment to the agreed plan.

Capabilities, quantities and lead times are confirmed against each part and its requirements.

Agree how the part is accepted.

  • Finish, colour and protected surfaces
  • Critical dimensions and inspection scope
  • First-article approval, when required
  • Material and treatment records, where specified

Before you enquire.

Can you review parts needing additional processes?

Yes. Include turning, grinding, wire EDM or other requirements with the drawing. The complete route is reviewed before quotation.

Is there a fixed minimum quantity?

No single minimum applies to every geometry. You can submit a single-piece, prototype or small-batch enquiry. Include the quantity per part number and expected repeat demand; feasibility and minimum quantity are confirmed before quotation.
