01

One quotation. Clear order lines.

Each accepted part has its own revision, quantity, price and lead time. Finishing, records, packing and freight are confirmed in the quotation.

  • Send a part list linked to current drawings
  • Separate firm quantities from forecasts
  • Identify parts that must arrive together
02

From trial to production.

Samples or a trial batch can be reviewed before a repeat order. Agree the approval requirements and production release point at quotation.

We follow manufacturing progress and bring open questions back through one contact.

A delivery plan that fits the build.

Choose a consolidated shipment or staged releases. Agree priorities, dates and packing identification for each order.

Packing is planned around surface protection, separation and part identification. Required documents and receiving information are agreed before shipment.

Build on the approved requirements.

We retain confirmed drawings, material, finish and acceptance requirements as references for repeat orders. Each new order is checked against the current revision and any requested changes.

Changes to manufacturing arrangements that could affect agreed requirements are reviewed with you before proceeding. Samples or first-article evidence can be agreed where needed.

Before you enquire.

Can I request a single piece or a small trial batch?

Yes. Send the drawing and quantity required for each part number, whether one piece, a trial batch or repeat production. Feasibility, minimum quantity, price and lead time are confirmed for the specific part before we accept the order.

Does one PO mean one shipment?

No. Consolidated or staged shipments are agreed separately, based on the parts and your receiving needs.

Can I include standard bought-in items?

Identify those items separately. They need a scope review and are included only when accepted in the quotation.
